Now patients can order Optifast on-line through our E-Store. Patients can buy Optifast ready to drink shakes, Optifast soups or Optifast full meal replacement bars. In addition, Optifast meal replacements will be available to patients who successfully complete the program to help maintain their weight. Optifast on-line ordering is easy and convenient. The Optifast on-line option gives you the ability to lose weight using Optifast shakes,Optifast soups and Optifast bars along with a healthy meal, without attending an Optifast clinic. You can lose between 2 to 4 pounds per week on average. You pay only for the product plus applicable sales tax and ups charges. We have optional phone support and counseling available for a fee.
Just fill out the patient forms, mail or fax back to us both forms (medical history and informed consent) and our physician will review your information to see if you are a candidate for Optifast, at no cost or obligation to you. The physician will decide which program is right for you and recommend any needed follow up with your primary care physician or dietician. Once approved, you can order on-line and have the product shipped directly to your home or office. Your physician will have complimentary access to our medical director if they have any questions or concerns.
We will send instructions with your first order. We have the right to discontinue patients that are not following our guidelines.
